JESSIE’S GIRLS AM-BADASS-ADOR
I am a 43 year old mother to three. I live just outside of Memphis, TN. I just began working full time after staying home with my youngest. I work for a gym and I really love it. I have to stay active! Weightlifting, cycling, hiking, all of it! I enjoy creating meals to fit my macros, meal prepping, and helping others with macros.
My journey with Jessie began in the summer of 2015. I was 6 months postpartum and miserable with the way my body looked. I was so lost. I knew fad diets were a quick fix, but also knew that once it was over I would gain the weight back. I didn’t know what to do. I wanted to drop the last 30 pounds of pregnancy weight, have muscles, be strong and learn to live a healthy sustainable lifestyle. Hello Jessie! I happened to see her bio online and visited her website. She had just come out with her Home Edition ebook and I bought it immediately. But it would be nearly a year later before I started and completed it. I probably started 4 times without completion.
Everything was written just perfectly, I just had to do it, but I was terrified of the food! The workouts were hard for me as it
had been a couple of years since I had been active. I lurked on the private Jessie’s Girls Facebook page during this time and watched hundreds of women transform their bodies AND most importantly, their mindsets I was in awe of these women and knew this is what I wanted.
After my first program, Home Edition, I was hooked. I was fueling myself with foods I wanted to eat, loving the quick workouts, and was seeing noticeable changes with my body. Ive been a Jessie’s Girls ever since. I hope you’ll join us and let us help you on your journey.
