I began my fitness journey underweight and confused. My doctor kept telling me I needed to gain weight & that I should be eating at least 2000 calories a day. I knew there had to be some parameters to this process but didn’t know what they were. When I found Jessie & heard her say she was on a mission to change how women feel about themselves… how she wanted to teach women that they can lift heavy & eat more… how to be confident in the gym… I was hooked. I quickly learned how to count macros, eat the proper amount of food for my body, lift heavy & grow some incredible muscle.

Being a part of the Jessie’s Girls community is one of the most unique experiences I’ve ever been a part of. When I became a Jessie’s Girl, I had no idea I was capable of being so strong & confident. Now as a Jessie’s Girls Ambassador, I get to help other ladies realize these same things about themselves. We may all be on different journeys, but it’s incredible to see women reaching for different goals & still lifting each other up in the process! I’m so thankful I found Jessie, her programs & this amazing JG community!
