Beef and Egg Breakfast Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 whole egg (use white only for PWO)
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 oz 90/10 ground beef
  • 2 oz avocado (remove for PWO)
  • 1/2 small white onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • green cholula to taste

PREP:

Scramble both eggs together in a pan on the stove. Add chopped onion and tomato to pan once eggs are 1/2 done cooking on stove. Prepare your ground beef in bulk and use 3oz of it for this recipe (just trying to make your life easier! 😉 Microwave pre-cooked ground beef to heat up. Add eggs, onion and tomato to your bowl once cooked, then add ground beef, avocado and cilantro. I add green cholula to mine – YUM!!
