I wish this had a fancy name, but it’s just plain Eggs & Oats – and its one of my FAVORITE meals!

5 Large Scrambled Egg Whites (use 1 yolk if not pre/post workout)

1/4 cup Dry Quaker Oats (cook according to package)

.5 tsp Sriracha Sauce
