Muscle Building Workout Programs

Wondering how to build muscle, burn fat, and—yes—EAT while you’re at it? You’ve come to the right place! These two muscle building workout plans are all about easy-to-follow, effective strength training for women, complete with customized-calculated macros and macros tracking logs. As a certified fitness coach and IFBB figure professional, creating customized lean muscle building workout plans for women is what I’ve done for nearly a decade—and I’m so excited to share my personal strength training for women and nutrition plans with you! (Psst…I’ll let you in on a little secret: I used the muscle building workout as well as the pre-workout nutrition and post-workout nutrition programs in these books during my professional IFBB competition prep and to maintain my photo shoot-ready physique year-round.)

These two Jessie’s Girls programs will walk you through everything you need to know to build a beautiful physique while fueling your body with food you actually LOVE to eat (time to hop off that dieting rollercoaster and kiss cookie-cutter diets goodbye). You’ll focus on individual muscle groups—with strength training for women that includes glutes workouts, arm workouts and leg workouts to make those shoulders, quads and booties POP (get it, girl)! Muscle Building 1 will teach you how to build muscle, while Muscle Building 2 incorporates advanced lifting techniques for seasoned lifters or those who want to continue adding strength. Both of these muscle building workouts include custom-calculated macros and macro tracking logs, so you’ll learn how to build muscle and properly fuel your body with pre-workout nutrition and post-workout nutrition while you’re at it!

You receive a workout for every day of your program, including rest days and how to progress each week with your weights. You can find video demonstrations for exercises on YouTube or, if you download the Jessie’s Girls workout app, the videos play for you before you begin each exercise!

Your program outlines your cardio days, heart rate goals and how long your sessions need to be. Each phase details how to increase and decrease your cardio sessions as you move through the weeks, torching fat and building muscle!

Supplements aren’t required but can help you reach your goals and increase your performance in the gym. Your program includes a recommended list including dosage and optimal times to take them.

Nutrition and Macros

Your program walks you through calculating macros, including rest days, pre & post workout macros and specifics on how to adjust your macros depending on your results. If you download the Jessie’s Girls workout app, the macro calculators are built in for you – making it easy to begin your flexible diet using IIFYM.
