Having been through two fit pregnancies, I’m beyond excited to share this effective, easy-to-follow prenatal workout guide with all of my amazing expecting Jessie’s Girls! (It’s pretty much my own personal prenatal workout journal turned ebook!) If there’s one thing I learned from working out while pregnant, it’s that each trimester is so different. This prenatal workout ebook takes you through 9 distinct phases, with pregnancy exercises designed for each trimester—the first (when you might not be feeling your best), the second (when you’ll likely have more strength), and the third (as you prepare for your baby to arrive!).
I’ve designed this prenatal workout guide so you can begin my pregnancy exercises at any time during your pregnancy. Plus, in addition to pregnancy workouts, it includes pregnancy nutrition (think: custom-calculated macros per trimester and a macro tracking log!)—allowing you to properly fuel your body and your baby (and setting the stage for the ultimate post-pregnancy comeback!). I had tons of fun using my experience as a certified fitness coach and IFBB figure professional (and mom who’s been through two fit pregnancies and positive deliveries!) to develop effective pregnancy workouts and pregnancy nutrition for badass moms everywhere. You receive a workout for every week of your pregnancy, including rest days and stretching. Your program includes a photo of me performing each exercise right on the page so you know exactly how to do the work! These prenatal workouts are all based on having access to a gym.
Your program outlines your cardio days, including details on how long to perform your cardio sessions and what kind of cardio to do. Each phase details how to increase and decrease your sessions as you progress through your pregnancy.
Supplements aren’t required but can help you reach your goals – and, supplements during pregnancy is the question I get asked most frequently. With this program, you have full access to my recommendations!
Nutrition & Macros
I walk you through calculating your macros and calories for YOU as you begin your prenatal workout program, including how to adjust your macros per trimester. My food list is included, but you get to eat the foods you love as long as they fit the macros you calculate!
