Oats and eggs?! WHAAAT?
This is taking two breakfast types and mashing it into one! An oatmeal breakfast can be sweet or savory. By adding eggs to my oatmeal I go in the more savory direction. Not only does adding cottage cheese boost the protein, but it also helps the texture. Add a dash of pepper and you have the perfect meal to start the day!
