Ingredients:

300g oats

120g whey protein powder

4 tbsp peanut butter

125ml skim milk 2 egg whites

250ml apple sauce

2 tsp baking powder

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350. Combine all ingredients and blend well. Spoon into a greased and lined tin and cook for about 15 minutes.
