INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 slices Ezekiel 4:9 / sprouted bread
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 3 oz sirloin steak (or any protein choice!)

SPREAD:

  • 3 tsp spicy brown deli-style mustard
  • 1 tbsp steak sauce

PREP:

Grill steak to desired temperature (I like to undercook it a bit so I can cook in bulk and don’t overcook it later in the week when I microwave it for meals). While toasting bread, microwave 1 cup of spinach for 10-15 seconds until it is soft but not overcooked. Mix the spread together with a fork and spread on both sides of the toasted bread. Top with organic strawberries and enjoy!
