This recipe is a little different than most I post, because it is SO EASY to customize based on what your macros are. Play with the amounts of each ingredient to achieve the macros you need! This is also a great idea if you need more fiber in your day.

Here is what is in the bowl:

Ground chicken, black beans, red kidney beans, quinoa, red bell pepper, cilantro, green onions.

Sauce: chile powder, cumin, pepper, lime juice, olive oil.

Directions: cook quinoa and chicken as directed, drain and rinse beans, chop up veggies, and combine everything. Mix up the sauce separately, then stir into mixture.

Macros: 26g P // 11g F // 37g C
