Simple Low Sugar Margarita

- 2 Oz Tequila
- 1 Oz Cointreau or Triple Sec
- 1 Oz Lime Juice
- 1 Tsp Agave Syrup
On a small plate, sprinkle a layer of Tajín and salt. Set aside.
Fill shaker halfway with ice.
Combine tequila, Cointreau or orange juice, freshly squeezed lime juice and agave syrup in shaker.
Shake for approximately 20 seconds.
Rub the lime wedge along the rim of glass and dip edge of glass in Tajín and salt mixture.
Pour drink into glass and garnish with lime wedge.
If making Scaled Back version, top off drink with sparkling water or seltzer. Stir.
Grate a little lime zest over drink for fun!
