I am working on the videos! :) And yes - super beneficial/important. That being said - it doesn't have to happen after EVERY workout if you just hate it or don't have time. Try to squeeze it in at other times of the day - like first thing in the morning, maybe or before you go to bed. I like to stretch while watching tv or winding down for the day. There are so many aspects to wellness - stretching is one of them. Show that body some love, Girl!
