Why I wrote this E-book

This program was created for two reasons, 1) My life’s work is helping women feel more confident in their fitness journey, in the gym, and in their skin. Feeling strong and having the confidence to KNOW you’re performing exercises correctly in the gym means so much to me…not to mention it is KEY to you building strength and a physique you’re proud of. 2) The year 2020 is shit. My workouts are inconsistent and all over the place, so I know yours are, too. I wanted to give you something that would help you get your lifting mojo back and help you re-focus on WHY you found Jessie’s Girls (to lift heavy and with confidence and enjoy the journey). Let’s start again with remembering perfect form and build from there. We’re in this together!

Whether you’re stuck at home for a while still, traveling, or in between programs, this program will give you 6-12 full weeks of progressive workouts that will challenge your mind and your muscles! Over the 6-12 weeks, these workouts will help you get strong, build your core and glutes, and gain total confidence in how you lift weights!

For the first time ever, I am giving you access to over 10 hours of me LIVE discussing, demonstrating, and educating you on how to perform all of the foundational exercises in this program, along with many of the accessory exercises. I’m so excited for you to dive into these videos!

Is any gym equipment necessary?

You will receive 2 versions of every single workout throughout this program – one for the gym and one for the home. Some home gym equipment is necessary to complete the workouts from home:

  • 2-3 pairs of dumbbells in varying weights that work for you.
  • Bands (pullup assist bands, doorway anchor bands, and hip circle/loop bands all work!)
  • Bench (dining room bench or sturdy ottoman work great)
  • A sturdy chair
  • Exercise stability ball
  • Box (for step ups)
  • Pull up bar
  • Broomstick or PVC pipe
  • Optional (but helpful!): Barbell with weight plates (bumper plates are best)

    This program is probably one of the most challenging programs I have ever done, even as an experienced lifter! This will definitely help anyone at any stage in their fitness journey. Great for beginners new to lifting, and great for experienced lifters who are looking to take their lifts to the next level. I am feeling extra sore with some of these exercises, which is a good thing! Thank you Jessie for another excellent program!

    As someone who has been lifting for years I know all too well the dangers of lifting with improper form. But even I find sometimes muscle imbalances can happen to anyone. This program helped me address those imbalances to ensure I get the most out of every lift. I know I’ll be revisiting this one for years to come as a nice refresher.

  4. Foundations is Fantastic!


    I loved getting back to the basics and diving deep into form. I did Crossfit back in the day, but this program really taught me the fundamentals in the key lifts and made me so mindful of the muscles needed to work these lifts. My core got so strong during this program too! Plus, with 4 days of lifting this program is doable for a busy schedule. Jessie did it again! Bringing us a new program with all the tools and education to get badass results! Thanks Jessie!

    Literally this is the most crucial program to own. I always thought I had really good form until I went through the program I found out I’m so wrong. The knowledge that jessie shared with us really made me understand what muscles I should be engaging. The foundations program is so incredible it teaches you to understand what a true mind muscle connection is and I always thought I had a great mind muscle connection but once again I was blown away when I found out what real mind muscle connection feels like. This program has taught me to retrain my brain to lift smarter and with intention. It will prevent future injuries too from incorrect form and get the most out of your workouts and all the other ebooks jessie has created.
