The Jessie’s Girls Bikini Body 2 Program

Bikini Body 2 is the sequel to my much loved Bikini Body 1 Program (but can totally be done without completing BB1!) This program, like BB1, starts with an optional calorie deficit once you’ve calculated your macros using the step-by-step guide so you can have that bikini-rockin’, photo shoot-ready body year-round. It’s a 12-week program with 4-week phases that includes supersets, triple drop-sets, ab workouts and plyometrics along with dedicated glute training days so that you train with intensity, build lean muscle curves and burn fat. It includes a supplement guide, food list, peak week guide and lifetime access to the Jessie’s Girls online community.
