Hey Maria, Keep the carbs simple. This may mean that you won’t find a LOT of pre and post options, but that’s ok! Things like white rice, flour tortillas, rice chex, white bread, etc. Once you get into the hang of it, it will be easier to find other foods that you like. XO!
