This is a great question, and something that so many of us deal with. The answer is consistency. Stay consistent with your workouts, your macros, your cardio, your water, and your self-care. I know we all wish it was easier than that, but the truth is that it just takes time and loving ourselves. If you start every single day with love and acceptance of your body, gratitude for everything that it does for you, feed it well, exercise it, help it get stronger, give it plenty of fluids, and rest - you can't even imagine what you can turn your physique into! So many of us get frustrated with how much time it takes, or we speak to ourselves negatively when we look in the mirror and see more body fat than we want, and we wonder why it takes our bodies so long to respond. Stay consistent. Keep training. You will get there!
