I struggle with getting greens in. It’s not that I don’t like them, it’s just that I don’t like them reheated. Is it okay to use a greens supplement?

You are not alone with this. Of course, eating fresh greens has its advantages, so I encourage you to do that whenever possible, but I get it - its not always possible to sit down with a big salad or blend up a yummy fruit/veggie smoothie. Its definitely fine to supplement with green powders if that is what works best for you. Way to go with finding a way to give your body the nutrients that it needs!
