In that case, maintaining your milk supply for your baby is the number one priority right now, and because of that, it may be best to let your body decide. If you try cutting back on rest days and you notice your milk supply drop, I definitely wouldn't recommend it. However, if you give it a try and your body is able to maintain milk supply because you aren't burning those calories during a workout, then it should be just fine!
