I remember those days, Mama! Pumping before workouts was always something I tried to make time for - so uncomfortable otherwise. As for how to time meals/workouts/breastfeeding - just do your best, you're doing a great job! Sometimes I would eat and pump at the same time - 2 birds, right? haha Once I was finished, I was ready to workout! Playing with your schedule and options is the best way to figure out what works for YOU!
