Oh, this is tricky. Some supplements you will never 'feel' working - calcium, for example. You're not going to feel the changes that calcium brings, but that doesn't mean you're not receiving the benefits. Adding one at a time is a great idea! This way you know exactly how your body responds to each added supplement. You will know right away if something is making you itchy or causing inflammation, rather than wondering which supplement might be giving you grief. As for how long before you should ditch it - that just depends on the supplement. Doing research on each individual supplement would be helpful. A lot of them have that information posted. I would suggest sticking with it for at least 2 - 3 months to see if you notice a difference.
