Oh, I love this question! Thanks for asking! That's a good point that a lot of the exercises in the Daily Workouts do not repeat throughout the weeks. You may notice that the compound exercises 'typically' stay the same for 3 - 4 weeks, while the accessory exercises change. There is a method, or pattern, to the madness :) The compound exercises stay the same or close to the same, and then the accessory exercises typically cycle back through at least once throughout the month. It is definitely possible to continue to progress in strength and conditioning with this type of programming. I would love to hear how it is going for you!
