    I loved MB1, but I am IN LOVE, completely, and whole heartedly with MB2! It’s such a great program that takes things to a whole new level. The challenge it brings you every single day is amazing. I have seen more progress in my physique in the last 8 weeks than ever before. My body is changing.. everywhere. Its just incredible.You have options within the program to see how you want to approach your nutrition. You have cardio built into the day when it’s steady state by doing it pre and post lift by splitting it in half. This is extremely helpful when you just aren’t feeling a “long bout” of steady state. By splitting it up, the cardio portion is relatively painless, and goes by quickly. The program is 5 days of lifting so your body gets an extra day of rest, but don’t worry because you will learn to appreciate this and LOVE that rest day. After all, you’ve earned it!

    If you’ve completed MB1 or are familiar with lifting, this is absolutely, hands down the next program I recommend for you! I don’t think you’ll be even slightly disappointed with this program.*
