But what I love about this new program are the new additions to the workout pages. Added workout tips, warm-up exercises, and a workout notes section that you can fill out about how the workout felt and modifications. Soo awesome!!

    This program, like all the others, does not disappoint! It is fun, challenging, and gets your heart rate pumping! It is a wonderful addition to have on hand for anytime you need a workout to follow where minimal equipment is available!     What perfect timing for another amazing workout program! I was truly at a loss as to what to do next, and then this came along. I was looking for a program that used minimal or no equipment and had always been interested in doing a body weight program so this looked PERFECT! I especially love the warm up exercises since I always struggle a little in that department and the notes section so I can keep track of any modifications or adjustments I might need to make.
