Why I wrote this E-book

This program was created for two reasons, 1) for any time your lifestyle limits your access to equipment or you are unable to train in a gym or 2) if you are interested in improving your bodyweight strength.

The Jessie’s Girls Bodyweight Beast is a 4 Week Program designed to help you move your body better by improving your bodyweight strength, balance, coordination, and overall endurance. 

Whether you’re stuck at home for a while, traveling, or in between programs, this program will give you four full weeks of progressive bodyweight workouts that will challenge your mind and your muscles! Over the 4 weeks, these bodyweight workouts will help you get strong, move better, and gain total confidence in your body!

    Of course, this is a badass program that is perfect for so many of us during breaks between programs or if we’re traveling. But what I love about this new program are the new additions to the workout pages. Added workout tips, warm-up exercises, and a workout notes section that you can fill out about how the workout felt and modifications. Soo awesome!!

    This program, like all the others, does not disappoint! It is fun, challenging, and gets your heart rate pumping! It is a wonderful addition to have on hand for anytime you need a workout to follow where minimal equipment is available! Definitely will be taking this program with me on vacations and doing it at home if the gyms remain closed for the foreseen future!

    What perfect timing for another amazing workout program! I was truly at a loss as to what to do next, and then this came along. I was looking for a program that used minimal or no equipment and had always been interested in doing a body weight program so this looked PERFECT! I especially love the warm up exercises since I always struggle a little in that department and the notes section so I can keep track of any modifications or adjustments I might need to make. Sweat it out with Bodyweight Beast!! You won’t be disappointed!
