Muddy Buddies

This muddy buddy recipe is such a fun and easy treat to snack on! I used the chocolate protein powder from NLA For Her, but you can use any flavor protein powder you want! The possibilities are endless. This snack provides the perfect ratio of protein, carbs and fats to help you hit those macros throughout the day!

***Cooking tip: you don’t have to melt the peanut/almond butter with the coconut oil but I found that melting the two together first helped blend all the yummy ingredients together!

  • 1 Cup Chex Mix cereal
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut/almond butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coconut oil, melted
  • 1 Scoop NLA For Her Chocolate Eclair Her Whey Protein Powder


  1. Melt the peanut/almond butter and coconut oil together for approximately 30 seconds in the microwave until both are completely melted. Stir in the protein powder.

  2. In a small mixing bowl, mix together chex cereal and the peanut butter/oil/protein powder until it’s well blended.
