Mango Salsa

INGREDIENTS:

    • 1 red bell peppers, seeded and chopped
    • 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
    • 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
    • 1 mango, peeled and chopped
    • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
    • 1 lime

PREP:

Once all ingredients are chopped, mix everything together in a bowl and then add the juice from 1 lime. Feel free to add avocado to this recipe to add some healthy fats to your salsa! This is my favorite for adding to rice bowls, grilled fish or fish taco meals! Below are the macros for the entire recipe, I use 2 tablespoons per serving 🙂
