Turkey & Oats Meatballs
INGREDIENTS:
- 12 oz raw extra lean ground turkey
- 2 oz raw oats
- 1/4 of a yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
PREP:
Mix all ingredients together with hands and roll into 8 even balls. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes at 375°. Feel free to have fun and experiment with other ingredients besides bell pepper and broccoli – try your favorite veggies! Total recipe makes 2 servings (4 balls in a serving)
