  • Lean ground beef, turkey or game meat
  • 1 slice mozzarella (remove for PWO)
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Arugula
  • 3oz Avocado (remove for PWO)
  • Lemon juice
  • Coconut or Extra Virgin Olive Oil (remove for PWO)

Preparation Instructions:

In a bowl with arugula, squeeze in a fresh lemon (desired amount) and a 1tsp oil per handful of arugula. Toss and set aside at room temperature while you prepare the rest of the meal. Cook meat to desired temperature and add cheese to last minute of cooking meat. When meat is almost done, toast bread. Add 2-3oz of fresh sliced avocado to plate or on top and enjoy! Add wine and a flexing photo bomb ☺
