I coach you through each and every exercise one-by-one to give you the confidence to take your training camp experience with you wherever you go.
And what would fitness be without nutrition right?! In my Jessie’s Girls Training Camps, I walk you through everything you need to know about what to eat, when to eat, and how to best enjoy the foods you love and live a healthy lifestyle at the same time. From breaking down how to calculate your macronutrients, to understanding Flexible dieting and IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros) – I give you everything you need to enjoy that glass of wine without any of the nutritional guilt.
Oh and did I mention that after Training Camp ends I take you out for a Jessie’s Girls fun night out on the town? From enjoying a nice meal out, to laughing with other girls at camp, you get to see what it’s like to live a healthy lifestyle and let your hair down a little bit!
