Pumpkin Spice Shake

I just can’t get enough of yummy pumpkin treats! This creamy pumpkin shake is like drinking apple pie out of a glass! Packed with 12 grams of protein per serving, it makes for a great on-the-go breakfast or a perfect sweet treat late at night. With a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice and stevia for sweetness, you can enjoy this velvety shake without blowing your sugars out of the water. Spice this up even more by garnishing with crushed graham crackers and cinnamon! Yum!

  • 1 Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Canned Pumpkin
  • 2-3 Drops Vanilla
  • Dash of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1-2 Stevia packets
  • Ice
  • Optional garnishes: cinnamon, crushed graham cracker


  • Measure and add all ingredients in a blender. Blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and crushed graham cracker.
