All my Jessie’s Girls mamas know exactly what I mean when I say sometimes it is tough to get all the “me stuff” done when I have a little ball of energy running around! “I don’t have time to work out today, I don’t have a sitter.” “My toddler is eating my macros!” Well… I am here to tell you “me stuff” is possible. Sometimes you just have to incorporate your toddler into the things you want to do. Here are some ways you can get your workout in and entertain your little one at the same time!
  • Gym daycare
  • HE program
  • Home equipment – incorporate toddler
  • Park workout with toddler
  • Trampoline gym
  • Bike rides
  • Family fitness center
  • Toddler gymnastic
When it comes to macros… We don’t joke around! They are important and who doesn’t want to eat all the food?! Incorporate what you are eating with what you are giving your toddler. Sammie eats the same things we do! I will set my macros aside and then cut the same foods up, and put them on Sam’s highchair tray for her to eat, and feel included! This way she isn’t reaching for my precious macros and I can still #trackmyshit! 😉
